Back to our roots! Freestyle dance was born from disco dancing. Great for confidence and sassy-ness building and its fast tempo is a great calorie and fat burner!

Street Dance Styles

Wednesday 6pm

Dance Studio, Fort Regent

THE class where it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the posture of a trained dancer, the best class to stress bust and give good attitude, the best way to have fun exercising and not forgetting the best way to show off in front of your friends (and Ashley Banjo, should we ever meet him)!  The dynamics of this style lend itself to being a great muscle toner and intense all over work out.
